1. Basic Provisions

Questions not regulated in this Policy, as well as the interpretation of this Policy, shall be governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Civil Code”), Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services and certain issues related to information society services (“E-Commerce Act”), and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses. The mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation shall apply to the Parties without special stipulation.

1.1 This Policy is effective as of May 22, 2019, and remains in effect until revoked. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Policy. Users accept that by using the websites, all related regulations automatically apply to them.

1.2 Users, when entering or reading any content of the Seller’s online purchasing interface (webshop) — even if not registered users — accept the Policy provisions as binding. If the User does not accept the terms, they are not entitled to view the webshop content.

1.3 The Seller reserves all rights regarding the webshop website, its parts, displayed content, and distribution. Downloading, electronic storing, processing, or selling of any content or parts thereof from the webshop without the Seller’s written permission is prohibited.

2. Registration / Purchase

By purchasing/registering on the website, the User declares that they have read and accepted these GTC and the Data Management Notice published on the website, and consent to the data processing.

Users must provide their own truthful data during purchase/registration. Any false or third-party data renders the electronic contract null and void. The Service Provider excludes liability if the User uses the services under another person’s name or data.

The Service Provider is not liable for delivery delays or other issues arising from inaccurate or erroneous data provided by the User.

The Seller is not responsible for any damages if the User forgets their password or it becomes accessible to unauthorized parties for any reason not attributable to the Service Provider.

3. Subject of the Service

The Service Provider offers on-site massage services for office building employees by prior appointment only. Orders can only be placed through the website.

If promotional pricing is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users/Buyers of the promotion and its exact duration.

If, despite all care, an erroneous price appears on the website’s online purchasing interface — especially obviously mistaken, significantly deviating from the known, generally accepted or estimated price of the product, or displayed as “0” or “1” HUF due to system error — the Service Provider is not obliged to perform the service at the erroneous price but may offer the correct price, upon which the Customer/Buyer may withdraw their purchase intention.

An obvious price discrepancy between the actual and indicated price must be immediately perceivable by an average consumer. According to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, contracts are established by the mutual and consistent expression of will of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on contractual terms, no valid contract arises. Accordingly, orders confirmed at erroneous prices are considered null contracts.

4. Formation of the Contract

The contract is concluded between the User (guest) and the Service Provider by ordering and prepayment of the service. The contract language is Hungarian, is not considered written but is electronically archived.

5. Appointment Booking and Payment

Prior appointment booking is required to use the service.

The service fee is payable exclusively in advance by:

  • online bank card

  • SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MBH)

After payment, the guest receives electronic confirmation at the provided email address.

6. Appointment Modification and Cancellation

No cancellations allowed.

Each booking can be modified up to twice free of charge, subject to available free slots.

Modification requests must be submitted through customer service: office@massageservice.hu or +36 20 460 7990

7. Right of Withdrawal

Since the service is a leisure activity at a specific time, the consumer is not entitled to withdrawal rights under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) §29 (1) l).

8. Complaint Handling

Complaints can be submitted at:
Email: office@massageservice.hu

If complaint handling is unsuccessful, consumers may turn to the conciliation body of the Service Provider’s registered office:

Budapest Conciliation Body
1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.
Email: bekelteto.testulet@bkik.hu
Web: www.bekeltet.hu

9. Data Management, Privacy Notice

The Service Provider processes data provided during purchase and booking according to the Privacy Notice, available at:

10. Newsletter Subscription

Visitors of the Website may subscribe to the Seller’s newsletter by providing their name and email address, regardless of purchase intent. The Seller sends promotional materials and information only if the subscriber has expressly consented to this during subscription.

By subscribing, the visitor explicitly consents to the collection and future use of their personal data to be contacted with offers.

Users may request deletion or modification of their data at any time by writing to info@massageservice.hu. Every user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or by sending a separate email to the Seller. Upon unsubscription, the Seller promptly deletes the email address.
